Important Update on U.S. Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

First and foremost, we want to thank you for your continued support and trust. Our team is always working hard to bring you the best products and service possible — and your loyalty means the world to us.
We would like to inform our U.S. customers of some recent changes that may affect your shopping experience temporarily. Due to recent adjustments in U.S.-China customs and tariff policies, especially the cancellation of the T86 clearance policy, international shipping costs from China to the U.S. have seen a sharp rise. Additionally, new customs procedures are causing delays in clearance, resulting in extended delivery times of approximately 2–5 extra days.
To cope with the increased freight costs, we’ve had to make the following temporary adjustments to our shipping fees:
- Sneakers: Shipping fee increased by $9 — now $29 USD per pair
- Crews & Hoodies: Shipping fee increased by $4 — now $19 USD per item
- Jewelry & Small Accessories: Shipping fee increased by $3 — now $15 USD per piece
- Summer Clothes: Shipping fee increased by $3 — now $13 USD per item
In light of these changes, we have also temporarily suspended the free shipping policy for U.S. customers on orders over $300. We understand this may come as a disappointment, and we sincerely apologize. The free shipping benefit will be reinstated once logistics and policy conditions stabilize — we will keep you informed on any updates.
Please rest assured that our overseas logistics and support teams are actively working on multiple solutions to ease these challenges — from alternative shipping lanes to streamlined customs handling — with the goal of minimizing your wait time and extra cost.
