RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

‘We accept return and exchange ONLY on unworn items within 14 days after the item is received. Please contact us first to provide you the return shipping address. The item must have Turbosneaker tag on it ,and must be unworn. After we receive the item, and confirm that it’s unworn, we will refund you.’

Order Cancel Before Shipping Out

For those customers who use PayPal and finally decide to cancel the order before shipping out, we need to take out the PayPal transaction fee from your order amount when we do the refund. It’s because when the customer pays with PayPal, PayPal charges a transaction fee from us. Although we already launch the refund to the customer, Paypal won’t refund us the transaction fee. The PayPal Transaction fee is 4.9% of your total order amount.

For Eligible Return

1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2. It must also be in the original packaging.

3. Our free returns are strictly only applicable for any errors or damages caused by us and approved by our quality control team. Such as sending the wrong shoe style or size, and items lost due to logistics.

4. For self-selected wrong-sizing matters or other related issues, any shipping fee back to us will not be covered and will be bared by the customer himself. The customer also needs to take the risk of customs duty when returning the package back.

5. We highly recommend returning all items using a traceable shipping method, as we will not be held liable for lost packages.

6. Any return or exchange item will have to be approved by us and qualify with our 95% RULE first before we are able to further process your request.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 1: 

All our sneakers and clothing are 95% and above similar to the retail product, this really depends as each batch is made very limited in order to maintain TOP quality & consistency throughout. We will carefully check the quality of every product we ship out, and send the QC video to the customer. If the buyer already watches the video and has no doubt, it means the buyer confirms the quality. We are so confident that we are able to guarantee that all our products are 95% and above accurate or you will be entitled to a new replacement for free. We make products that y’all can wear with confidence.

IMPORTANT NOTICE 2:

Do not send your purchase back to our sender’s address, we will be sending you a returning address once you reach out to us. A 20% restocking or exchange fee will apply for cash refunds.

Not Accepted:

1. Items not in their original condition have damaged or missing parts for reasons which are not due to our error. For example, violent transit or package theft.

2. Items that are returned after 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Orders that have been processed and shipped and requested to be canceled.

4. Package failed to deliver” due to incorrect address.

5. The shoe box is slightly worn, squeezed, deformed.

6. Light stains on the shoe body & Logo team interface left on shoe with slight seam offset.

7. Subjectively dissatisfied with the product.

8. Customer cannot apply for a refund or exchange for reason that the item fails the legit check.

9. We don’t support any refund or exchange for reselling of our items.

10. Products from other suppliers will not be accepted in lieu of a return.

Steps to Exchange or Refund:

1. Please contact us when you decide to return or exchange.

2. Please tell us the reason why you want to return or exchange. If it is because of the shoes’ defect, please also send us the pics of the defective part.

3. Our quality check team will inspect your case and decide if your order meets our free refund/exchange policy within 24 hours. If disapproved, a 20% restocking fee will be incurred to proceed with your request (Customers can also choose to deduct 20% of the total amount of your order as a restocking or exchange fee when we refund).

4. When Turbosneaker and the customer reach an agreement, the customer can return the package to us. The item must have Turbosneaker tag on it and must be unworn. After we receive the sneaker and confirm that it’s unworn, we will refund you.
