Plan Ahead! Update Regarding Impact of Holiday Peak on Deliveries

Dear Turbosneaker customers,

Chris here from the Turbosneaker customer service team. With the holidays fast approaching, I wanted to provide an update on potential shipping delays.

As Christmas nears, order volumes are skyrocketing across all transportation carriers. This yearly surge is slowing customs clearance procedures and maxing out warehouse capacities around the world.

While these providers work to scale up, we anticipate 2-3 week delivery timelines through December, on average.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and suggest placing any last-minute sneaker orders ASAP to ensure delivery by Christmas week. I’ll continue posting real-time notifications as the situation progresses.
