We offer standard international shipping through DHL, USPS, and FedEx — all with tracking and reliable delivery.
Standard Shipping Rates (Per Item):
Footwear: $20 (Switzerland & Nordic Region (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland): $35 per pair)
Crews & Hoodies: $12
Jewelry: $10
Small Accessories (belts, wallets, sunglasses, etc.): $10
Summer Wear: $8

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
We ship out your items within 1–3 days after your order is placed. This time allows our team and factory to prepare your order, perform thorough quality checks, and ensure that what you receive is in perfect condition. Before dispatch, we will send you a quality check (QC) video of your item.
About Our Two-Stage Shipping System
Stage One – First Tracking Code:
After passing inspection and leaving our warehouse, your package enters our forwarding logistics center en route to the destination country. This first leg generates an initial tracking number, which usually becomes active within 2–3 business days.
Stage Two – Final Delivery Tracking (USPS/DHL/FedEx):
After clearing customs and reaching the local distribution center (e.g. USPS for U.S. deliveries), a second tracking number is assigned for last-mile delivery. This typically updates around 7–10 business days after the first code and will be sent automatically via email.
Delivery time from dispatch to final delivery generally takes 9–21 business days, depending on your country and local courier operations.
Do I Need to Pay Duty Tax?
If the shipping company contacts you requesting information about your package, please reach out to us first. We’ll provide the necessary details to help the package pass through customs smoothly.
However, in the rare event that customs in your country requires you to pay a tax, please proceed with the payment. If customs informs you that the package has been destroyed, don’t worry — we will either issue a refund or send a replacement pair of shoes.

For all orders, we currently use DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) logistics — Standard via USPS(U.S.), DHL, UPS, ROYAL MAIL and Express via FedEx.
What is DDP?
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is an international trade term (Incoterms® 2020) in which the seller assumes full responsibility for:
✔ Export clearance
✔ International shipping
✔ Import duties & taxes
✔ Final delivery to your address
This means you don’t pay anything extra when your package arrives — no hidden customs fees or taxes. It’s a seamless experience, just like shopping domestically.
