At TurboSneaker, we are committed to delivering premium-quality sneakers with the highest standards of craftsmanship. Every pair undergoes a meticulous multi-point inspection at our dedicated quality control facility before shipping to ensure you receive flawless, box-fresh kicks.
Precision Quality Checks
Each sneaker is individually inspected by our expert team, checking for even the smallest imperfections. From uppers, soles, insoles, laces, to the shoebox, no detail is overlooked to guarantee that your order arrives in perfect condition.
What We Check？
Shoebox (Dents, Damage)
Only intact shoeboxes are shipped. Any boxes with significant dents, tears, or damage will be removed from circulation. some products may come with foreign labels, but we ensure all labeling aligns with official brand standards.
Scratches & Scuffs
We carefully inspect the uppers to ensure they are free of scratches, scuffs, or knicks. any sneakers with visible damage to leather, suede, or other materials are immediately rejected.
Oxidation & Discoloration
No yellowing or oxidation—we check for signs of aging or improper storage to ensure a fresh look. any pair showing discoloration on soles, midsoles, or uppers will not pass inspection.
Stains & Dirt
Every sneaker is checked for stains, glue marks, or dirt on the uppers, midsoles, and soles. only spotless sneakers will make it through our quality check.
Color Fading & Shade Differences
We verify color consistency between left and right shoes to ensure they match perfectly. any uneven fading on the tongue, back, soles, or uppers will lead to rejection.
Rips & Creases
Sneakers with ripped fabric, creases on the uppers, or structural defects do not meet our standards. any sign of manufacturing flaws or material wear will fail inspection.
Laces (Wear & Tear)
We ensure that every pair of shoelaces is brand-new—no fraying, yellowing, or damage. if laces show any signs of use or defect, the pair will not be shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
How long it will take for shipping?
- DHL/USPS/FedEx (Recommended): $17 per pair (except for those overweight products), usually takes 7-21 days from Turbosneaker shipping out to Delivered.
- Shipping to Switzerland and Nordic Region (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland): $35 per pair.
Please Note: The shipping original price is $35/Pair. We are making the subsidy on USPS/DHL/FedEx shipping to support the customers.
When will you ship my order out?
We will ship your items in next 1-3 days after you place the order. This because factory needs time to prepare your stuff and we need to make sure you will finally receive a perfect sneaker from Turbosneaker. We really appreaciate your patience. Before shipping out, we will take a QC video for you.
Do I need to pay duty tax?
If the shipping company tells you they need some information about the package, please contact us first, and we will offer you the information that they need to help the package go through. However, if customs seized the package in your country, they normally want you to pay the tax. Please pay for it. If the custom staff says your package is already destroyed, no worries, if it really happens, we will refund the customer or send new shoes.
