Description
Fabric and Construction:
The hoodie is made from custom-woven, custom-dyed 400G terry cotton (also known as loopback fabric). This type of fabric is chosen for its softness, durability, and comfort. The surface has a silky-smooth texture, adding a luxurious feel to the garment. The oversized silhouette and dropped shoulder design give the hoodie a modern, relaxed fit. After production, the fabric undergoes a garment wash and pre-shrink treatment, ensuring the material will not fade or shrink over time.
Printing Technology:
The graphics are printed using a high-precision Japanese MIMAKI printing machine, which ensures sharp, clean edges with no fraying or curling. The design is applied using a spray-paint heat transfer technique, followed by cold-peel processing. The prints are heat-pressed at a temperature of 180°C, and for the front panel, two pressings are required, with the second press applying 180KG of pressure. The printing process includes an anti-scratch ironing technique, ensuring the print remains clear and does not blur over time.
Print Design Details:
On the front, the semi-transparent tape graphic allows for partial visibility of the print underneath, adding visual depth and texture. The back features Off-White’s signature arrow design in gold, but with intentional variations in color and tone. The overlapping tape print creates these color variations, enhancing the uniqueness and depth of the design.
Trims and Labels:
All labels are custom-made to match the original Off-White design, ensuring authenticity. The trims include a rectangular woven neck label, which has replaced the previous 3D silicone font design. The new label features fluorescent-colored text, adding a bold touch. The garment also comes with the original five-piece silicone hang tag, a three-piece care label, and the signature zebra stripe packaging string.

What We Check？
Shoebox (Dents, Damage)
Only intact shoeboxes are shipped. Any boxes with significant dents, tears, or damage will be removed from circulation. some products may come with foreign labels, but we ensure all labeling aligns with official brand standards.
Scratches & Scuffs
We carefully inspect the uppers to ensure they are free of scratches, scuffs, or knicks. any sneakers with visible damage to leather, suede, or other materials are immediately rejected.
Oxidation & Discoloration
No yellowing or oxidation—we check for signs of aging or improper storage to ensure a fresh look. any pair showing discoloration on soles, midsoles, or uppers will not pass inspection.
Stains & Dirt
Every sneaker is checked for stains, glue marks, or dirt on the uppers, midsoles, and soles. only spotless sneakers will make it through our quality check.
Color Fading & Shade Differences
We verify color consistency between left and right shoes to ensure they match perfectly. any uneven fading on the tongue, back, soles, or uppers will lead to rejection.
Rips & Creases
Sneakers with ripped fabric, creases on the uppers, or structural defects do not meet our standards. any sign of manufacturing flaws or material wear will fail inspection.
Laces (Wear & Tear)
We ensure that every pair of shoelaces is brand-new—no fraying, yellowing, or damage. if laces show any signs of use or defect, the pair will not be shipped.

Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
We ship out your items within 1–3 days after your order is placed. This time allows our team and factory to prepare your order, perform thorough quality checks, and ensure that what you receive is in perfect condition. Before dispatch, we will send you a quality check (QC) video of your item.
About Our Two-Stage Shipping System
Stage One – First Tracking Code:
After passing inspection and leaving our warehouse, your package enters our forwarding logistics center en route to the destination country. This first leg generates an initial tracking number, which usually becomes active within 2–3 business days.Stage Two – Final Delivery Tracking (USPS/DHL/FedEx)：
After clearing customs and reaching the local distribution center (e.g. USPS for U.S. deliveries), a second tracking number is assigned for last-mile delivery. This typically updates around 7–10 business days after the first code and will be sent automatically via email.
Delivery time from dispatch to final delivery generally takes 9–21 business days, depending on your country and local courier operations.
Do I Need to Pay Duty Tax?
If the shipping company contacts you requesting information about your package, please reach out to us first. We’ll provide the necessary details to help the package pass through customs smoothly.
However, in the rare event that customs in your country requires you to pay a tax, please proceed with the payment. If customs informs you that the package has been destroyed, don’t worry — we will either issue a refund or send a replacement pair of shoes.
