RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At TurboSneaker, we stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help — within clear and fair guidelines.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days after delivery, under the following conditions:

The item must be unworn, in original packaging, and with the tag attached.

Returns must be pre-approved by our team. Please contact us first at support@turbosneaker.com to obtain the correct return address. Do not return items to the sender address.

Once received and confirmed to be unworn, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Free Returns – Applicable When:

We sent the wrong product, size, or color.

The product has a clear quality issue verified by our QC team.
-
The item was lost or damaged in transit due to our logistics partners (excluding theft or customer errors).
In these cases, TurboSneaker will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer-Initiated Returns (Non-Defective):
If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons (e.g. wrong size selection), please note:

Return shipping cost and customs duty are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns must be shipped using a traceable method — TurboSneaker is not liable for lost packages.

A 20% restocking or exchange fee may apply.

All returns must meet the 95% RULE (see below).
IMPORTANT: The 95% RULE
All TurboSneaker sneakers and clothing are produced with 95% or higher similarity to the original retail version. Each batch is limited to maintain top-tier quality and consistency.
We perform strict quality checks before shipping and provide detailed QC videos to every customer. If the customer confirms the QC video with no objection, it is considered an acceptance of the product quality.
If the product fails to meet our 95% standard, we will offer a free replacement.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product shows visible signs of wear or is missing original tags/packaging.

The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Customer requests cancellation after shipment.

Package was undeliverable due to incorrect address.

Minor issues such as:

Slightly squashed or scuffed shoebox

Light stains
-
Slight seam or logo misalignment
-

Subjective dissatisfaction (e.g. style preference, personal expectations).

The item fails legit check (we do not support refunds based on third-party authentication opinions).

Any product intended for resale.

Items not originally purchased from TurboSneaker.
Order Cancellation Before Shipping

You may cancel your order before it ships.

If you paid via PayPal, the PayPal transaction fee (4.9%) will be deducted from your refund. This is because PayPal does not return this fee to us once the payment is made.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at support@turbosneaker.com with your order number and reason for return.

If there is a product issue, attach clear photos or videos of the defect.

Our QC team will review your request within 24 hours and confirm if it qualifies for a free return/exchange. Otherwise, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Once approved, we will provide the return address. After we receive and verify the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange.
